This message goes out to anyone who currently rents their living space, whether it be an apartment, house, or condo.  Over the past few weeks, we have seen many people with damage to their homes as a result of storm damage.  Many of these people happened to be renters. When you are a renter there are certain things that the landlord is responsible for.  These are usually items such as the structure itself and appliances.
