Customer Satisfaction After Family Emergency

Recently, SERVPRO of Norwalk/Wilton was called regarding a biohazard cleanup.  The customer called us after their father had gotten sick in their home.  After the father was taken to the hospital, we arrived on scene.

Two of our best technicians got right to work removing the material from the affected area.  Once all the material was extracted, we sprayed disinfectant to ensure that the area was cleaned, not only to the eye, but microscopically.  After the job was done, the customer took some time to write us to let us know how we did:
